Our Story: Excellence in Landscaping Since 1985
Lowes’ Landscaping was founded in 1985 by Michael G. Lowes as a small, customer-focused landscaping company. Built on a foundation of quality craftsmanship and personalized service, the business quickly earned a reputation for excellence. In 2008, Michael’s son, Erik Lowes, took the helm and expanded the company’s reach to serve residential, commercial, and municipal clients.
In 2013, Erik launched Planted in Stone, the retail division of Lowes’ Landscaping, offering a wide range of premium landscaping materials. That same year, the company acquired Clean Cut Lawn Service, broadening our service offerings and further strengthening our presence in the industry.
Our commitment to growth continued in April 2021, when we expanded into Franklin County with the acquisition of Scheer Lawn and Landscaping Company. This strategic move allowed us to bring our expertise, dedication, and high-quality landscaping solutions to even more customers across the region.
Committed to maintaining the highest industry standards, Lowes’ Landscaping is certified by the National Concrete Masonry Association and the International Concrete Paver Association, ensuring that our team delivers superior results with every project.
