LAWN CARE-FERTILIZATION NEW 6-STEP PROGRAM
STEP 1: GRANULAR FERTILIZER PLUS PRE-EMERGENT WEED CONTROL
* Assists with developing healthy roots, keeping your lawn green and is the first step to control broadleaf weeds and crabgrass (applied after March 15)
STEP 2: GRANULAR FERTILIZER PLUS PRE-EMERGENT WEED CONTROL PLUS SPOT SPRAY FOR WEED CONTROL
* This application will further control broadleaf weeds and will assist greatly with broadleaf weeds that would arise in June and July. We spot spray any weeds that may be present to further control and maintain a healthy lawn. (applied mid to late April)
STEP 3: COMPLETE BROAD LEAF SPRAY
* A post emergent used to treat and kill broadleaf weeds on contact (applied late may through June)
STEP 4: GRUB CONTROL PLUS FERTILIZER – (PLUS SPOT SPRAY FOR WEEDS)
*This application will greatly control grubs and turf damaging insects, treatment is blended with a fertilizer to assist with maintaining growth and keeping your lawn looking green. We also spot spray for any weeds that are present. (applied in June and July)
STEP 5: FALL FERTILIZER PLUS PRE-EMERGENT – (PLUS SPOT SPRAY FOR WEEDS)
*This application assists in maintaining root structure and relieves stress on the root system, after the warm, wet summer period. We spot spray any weeds present in order for your lawn to maintain optimal health. (applied mid to late September)
STEP 6: WINTERIZER – Promotes an early spring green- up, protects the lawn against winter kill and snow mold. (applied late October to early November)
About our chemical application program: Our program consists of granular as well as chemical sprays to optimize the health of your lawn. Broadleaf sprays control the common grassy weeds we have in the area (crabgrass, spurge, knotweed, and foxtail), as well as control broadleaf weeds (dandelions, clover, and thistle) Our insecticide will assist to manage (white grubs, sod webworm and bill bug-REDUCING MOLES)
